The Word for today is found in Proverbs 28:26 and in Jeremiah 10:23.

26He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered. (KJV)

26 Those who trust in themselves are fools,
but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe. (NIV)

23O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. (KJV)

23 LORD, I know that people’s lives are not their own;
it is not for them to direct their steps. (NIV)

As I watch the news today I see people who have put their trust in the government, unions, and their own ability to get them out of the mess we now find ourselves in.

We are where we are because we have not looked to God but to man to be the salvation of our times.

Isaiah 48:17 says “Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.” (KJV)
And, 17 “This is what the LORD says—your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. (NIV)

Want to get out of your financial mess, job loss, marriage problems, and more? Then go to the only one who has the one and only true answer.

It may not be the direction you planned, but I can assure you it will work every time. You have to trust in him with you whole heart, not just half.

Get you thinking totally in line with what his Word has to say and he will give you the wisdom for the day.

Seek the giver and not the things, and you will surely prosper spirit, soul, and body.

Bless someone else with the Word today. Love in Christ, Pastor Louise.
