The Word for today is found in 1Thessalonians 4:16-17:

16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (KJV)

16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. (NIV)

What in the world is going on in today’s world? As the world seems to be falling apart as I write, I am encouraged because I know that I will soon be with the Lord.

We are living in the final generation before the rapture of the church. I do not believe that the bride of Christ will be left here to face the seven years of the tribulation. We are ambassadors for Christ and the first thing a country does before it declares war on another country is get its ambassadors out.

If you do not know Christ as your personal savior, now is the time.

Just ask him into your heart and confess him with your mouth and you will be saved.

Now is the time to speak to your loved ones and friends, for any minute Christ could come.
